Residential Real Estate Marketing Coordinator
The Gutting Group / Keller Williams Realty is a residential real estate team based in Carmel, IN. We are seeking a Marketing Manager with responsibilities including the marketing of our homes for sale as well as the marketing of our business/brand. Candidate should have excellent knowledge and abilities with social media including Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, creative thinker as well as detail-oriented, a team player, have the ability to work in a dynamic environment, be systems-oriented, have a growth mindset, be assertive, take ownership of responsibilities, and have extensive knowledge in Canva, Cap cut, adobe, outlook, excel (or google sheets) and Dropbox. This position is primarily an "in office" position, we are located in Carmel, IN. 30 to 40 hour work week, starting with 30 hours now through February, then transitioning to 40 hours in March 2025. Responsibilities: • Regular Social Media Posting • Creation of Social Media Content • Blog posting • Creation of all marketing materials (mailers and online) • Client event planning & coordination • E-newsletter monthly • Keep client information & prospect information up to date in CRM • Prepare listing presentation and comparative market analysis for sellers • All necessary tasks to get our listings on the market, including coordinating photos, scheduling open houses, preparing all marketing materials • Marketing to our database, scheduling and coordinating client events Qualifications: • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience • Excellent Social media knowledge & skills • Team player, servant's heart, ability to work in a dynamic environment • Excellent written communication skills • Creative thinker. Have the ability to create new content in written (mailer and flyer) form as well as online content • Ability to edit photography and short video clips for today's social media • Be punctual and have a strong work ethic • Be growth-minded. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
