As a new home sales professional, you will provide a great home-buying experience by determining buyers’ needs, helping them find their dream home, and walking them through the home-building process, including floor plan and amenity options. The ideal candidate must enjoy creating rapport with customers, building trustworthy relationships, and providing excellent service. Responsibilities: • Have an always learning mindset that enables you to grow with a supportive team • Effectively lead communications between potential buyers and sellers assuring the process is smooth and completed in a timely manner • Provide potential home buyers with home features and community amenities to aid in their decision making process • Able to be present at new home communities 5 days a week so potential buyers have ample time to tour homes • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals • Consult to identify client needs and show homes. Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements for clients • Build your network and constantly do more marketing • Write offers and negotiate contracts to the close of transactions • Attend team meetings and trainings Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Past sales experience is preferred • Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred • Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000 yearly
