Responsibilities: • Engage with potential leads to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities • Develop strong connections with clients to understand and cater to their specific needs effectively • Conduct consultations with both buyers and sellers to match them with their perfect properties • Organize and host engaging open houses that showcase our listings and attract qualified buyers • Oversee property transactions to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all parties involved • Expand the client base through proactive networking and relationship-building efforts • Keep abreast of market trends and provide knowledgeable guidance to clients for informed decision-making Qualifications: • Experience in sales is preferred, although not mandatory • Proficient in technology and open to utilizing new tools • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and networking are necessary • Motivated to achieve success and driven to excel • Strong organizational abilities and adept at managing time effectively • Willing to obtain or currently holding a valid real estate license Compensation: $100,000+ commission-based
