Responsibilities: • Guide buyers through the transaction process with professionalism and clarity • Follow established team systems for lead follow-up, pipeline management, and client communication • Conduct buyer consultations using team tools and standards • Proactively prospect and nurture relationships to generate new business • Prepare, present, and negotiate representation agreements and purchase contracts • Collaborate closely with the operations team and industry partners to ensure smooth, on-time closings Qualifications: • Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license • Coachable, growth-minded, and open to feedback • Professional, client-focused, and relationship-driven • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, ask questions, and build trust • Organized with solid time management and follow-through • Comfortable learning and implementing new systems and technology • Willing to work evenings and weekends as client needs require Compensation: $80,000+
