Responsibilities: • Oversee and help coordinate remodeling construction projects from start to finish. • Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. • Supervise and support construction crew members on-site. • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations. • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management. • Create daily status updates and problem-solve as issues arise. Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in construction. • Working knowledge of start-to-finish remodeling projects across all trades. • Familiarity with CRM systems. • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • US work authorization.
