Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients, listen deeply, and translate needs into tailored remodeling solutions
Guide clients through initial concept development, layout planning, and design presentations
Create proposals, project scopes, and estimated budgets aligned with client goals
Use CAD or Chief Architect to develop layout drawings and design visuals
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure client satisfaction from concept to contract
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
Travel to job sites and conduct discovery meetings as needed
Maintain accurate records in JobTread or similar project management tools
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the companys growth
Qualifications
Minimum 35 years of residential sales experience
At least 2 years of residential high-end design experience
Strong knowledge of home remodeling and addition construction processes
Proficient in CAD drafting; Chief Architect preferred
Exceptional listening and communication skills
Experience preparing and presenting compelling design and budget proposals
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Familiarity with industry tools like JobTread, Canvas, and CRM software is a plus
Production drafting and project management experience is a bonus
Creative, self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented
