About the Role

As a Business Development Representative , you’ll be the face of Kaiser in the community—building partnerships, generating high‑quality leads, and helping homeowners and businesses understand why Kaiser is one of the most trusted roofing and exterior specialists in the industry.

You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to strengthen our market presence and support continued growth across the Charlotte region.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage prospective customers through networking, community outreach, canvassing, events, and referrals
• Build strong, lasting relationships with homeowners, business owners, insurance contacts, and community partners
• Educate potential customers on Kaiser’s services, process, and commitment to exceptional workmanship
• Track activities, leads, and pipeline progress using CRM tools
• Represent Kaiser at local events, trade shows, and networking functions
• Share market insights, trends, and ideas to enhance strategy and customer experience

What You Bring

• Experience in business development, outside sales, customer engagement, or community outreach (roofing or construction experience a plus, not required)
• A naturally outgoing personality with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfort with field-based work, local travel, canvassing, and in-person interaction
• A self-starter mindset — motivated, persistent, and goal-driven
• Ability to learn quickly and confidently represent Kaiser’s services
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
