    Sales Manager – Residential Roofing (Player/Coach Role)

    Location: Nashville, TN Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Team Override (W2) - $200k+ Start Date: As soon as June 15th, 2026

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to build, lead, and grow our Nashville sales team.

    This is a true player/coach opportunity designed for a sales leader who can both drive personal production and recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales organization.

    What You'll Do

    Personal Sales Production

    Self-generate opportunities weekly

    Build and maintain a strong referral and networking pipeline

    Conduct roof inspections, present estimates, and close residential roofing projects

    Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion

    Pipeline Management

    Maintain a rolling pipeline equal to at least three times monthly revenue target

    Ensure accurate CRM documentation and follow-up

    Track key performance metrics and sales activity

    Recruiting & Team Leadership / Development

    Hire and onboard six sales representatives within first six months

    Conduct:

    Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions

    Weekly sales training meetings

    Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and performance

    Mentor team members through onboarding and ramp-up

    Monitor team performance and provide ongoing development and accountability

    What We're Looking For

    Roofing sales experience required

    Previous sales management experience required

    Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership abilities

    Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems preferred

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Proven ability to generate self-sourced business

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Customer-first mindset and professional appearance

    Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation – vehicle that can transport a ladder required

    Compensation & Benefits

    Total compensation aimed at $200k+ annually at run rate

    Base Salary

    $65,000 annual base salary with up to $75,000 potential driven by sales rep recruitment

    Vehicle Allowance

    Monthly vehicle allowance for an approved vehicle

    Commission Structure

    Market leading residential and commercial commissions based on Profit Sharing Pool (PSP)

    Team Override

    Earn portion of profit sharing pool generated by qualifying sales representatives you recruit and train

    Overrides available for up to 12 months per qualifying representative

    90-Day Ramp Program

    Guaranteed minimum per month during the first 90 days

    Designed to support onboarding, recruiting, and pipeline development

    Subject to achievement of activity and performance expectations
