    The Firm: Roof Rite Exteriors

    The Earnings: $80,000 – $200,000+ (Performance-Based and Aggressive Bonus Structure) This includes a paid training structure.

Beyond uncapped commissions, we offer quarterly and annual bonuses for hitting target sales goals.     The Role:

    Market Development: Identify and engage homeowners in areas with high demand (storm-affected or aging infrastructure).

    Technical Consultation: Perform property inspections to identify damage and provide professional, data-driven recommendations.

    Claims Management: Act as the lead coordinator between the homeowner and their insurance provider to ensure a seamless restoration process.

    Project Hand-off: Work closely with our Production Team to ensure every project is executed to our high company standards. Our Production Team handles the installation management to let our Sales Reps focus on the customer experience.
