Responsibilities

• Drive new residential roofing sales and exceed personal and team targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives.
• Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy and pipeline.
• Track KPIs and provide coaching to maximize team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and referral partners.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast sales growth and expand into new markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in roofing, construction, or related sales.
• Leadership experience — ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team.
