As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven and personable Residential Sales Associate to join our sales team and help expand our residential customer base.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Residential Sales Associate who is highly motivated and detail oriented. Ideally, we would like a candidate with moving experience and/or an extensive sales background. This position offers both a salary and commission pay structure. The latter affords income growth potential.

    This Position Reports To: Residential Director of Business Development

    Key Responsibilities

    Respond to inbound leads and sales inquiries from prospective residential customers

    Conduct walkthroughs to assess the scope of upcoming moves

    Prepare detailed and accurate move estimates using our move software, Supermove

    Follow up with prospects to close sales and schedule services

    Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process

    Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure accurate job planning

    Keep in communication with booked clients and if able, conduct on sight move visits

    Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

    Reach out to realtors and other spheres of influence to gain additional leads

    Maintain a thorough database of referral sources for a monthly communication

    Qualifications

    Experience in sales, especially in residential moving, home services, or real estate

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

    Highly organized and detail-oriented

    Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems and mobile applications

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    High school diploma required; college degree preferred
