Earnings: $80,000–$100,000 annually (base + commission)
Schedule: Full-time, in-person, some Saturday estimates
Territory: Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Mebane, Pittsboro
About the Role
Join a small, local team that helps homeowners love where they live. As a Residential Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with customers, provide professional estimates, and guide them through every step of their painting project. You’ll work independently, backed by an experienced team and the trusted CertaPro Painters brand.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to discuss painting needs and provide clear, written proposals
Use company-provided software and tablet to create on-site estimates
Communicate expectations and details to customers and our production team
Follow up on leads to secure new projects
Represent CertaPro Painters professionally in your community
What You’ll Need
Sales experience (home improvement or residential services preferred)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Self-starter who can manage their own schedule
Valid driver’s license; ability to work occasional Saturdays
