    We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and driven individual to join our team as a Residential Estimator & Designer, contributing to our continued success and helping clients achieve their dream landscapes. This position will be responsible for not only selling to new customers but to our existing customer base that already use our services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our services.
    • Consult with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Present and sell our comprehensive range of outdoor solutions.
    • Secure new projects for residential properties, ongoing maintenance packages, and be prepared to sell all available offering
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and offer innovative, tailored solutions.
    • Prepare professional proposals and conduct client presentations.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in outside sales (minimum 2 years; residential B2C sales is a plus).
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills across multiple platforms (in-person, phone, email, text).
    • Strong multitasking, sales, and negotiation abilities.
    • Confidence and motivation to set and achieve goals.
    • Self-motivated with a strong and honest work ethic.
    • Computer proficiency; Salesforce and Microsoft experience are a plus.
    • Irrigation and/or home service industry experience is a plus.
    • Valid and clean driver's license.
