Culligan International Company is celebrating its 89th year in providing water quality solutions to homes and businesses across the US and the world.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Lead and performance manage a team of residential sales representatives.

    Analyze customers’ water composition.

    Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives.

    Design water treatment solutions

    Make sales presentations and present treatment solutions.

    Build solid, long-lasting relationships within customers’ homes in your assigned territory.

    In addition to generating your own leads, you will be given company leads and marketing support to help build your territory. You will receive formal training to prepare you for a successful career in sales with growth opportunities.

    Job Requirements:

    A minimum of 3 years of successful sales and sales management experience

    Ability to generate leads and build a territory

    Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

    Excellent customer service skills

    High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred

    A valid driver’s license and your own transportation
