We are hiring an experienced Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Sales Representative to support continued growth across Maryland. This role is designed for a proven salesperson who understands field sales, customer engagement, and closing residential accounts.

The Role

• Sell directly to residential customers within an assigned Maryland territory
• Leverage a combination of provided opportunities and proactive outreach
• Conduct in-person consultations and close sales with decision-makers
• Manage your pipeline efficiently and accurately document activity
• Represent the company with professionalism, consistency, and integrity

Ideal Candidate

• Prior B2C, outside, or residential sales experience required
• Strong closing skills and comfort working a full sales cycle
• Self-directed, disciplined, and performance-oriented
• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus commission
