What You'll Do:
Build relationships with insurance agents, realtors, and create your own network
Build trust with homeowners and educate them about their roofing needs
Perform roof inspections and document findings
Sell roof repairs and replacements with a solution-first mindset
Follow up, close deals, and help guide projects to completion
Represent Riley’s Roofing with integrity, professionalism, and energy
Be a foundational part of our residential team — with a clear path to running your own team, if that’s where you want to go
What You Need:
Grit and resilience — this job isn’t for the faint of heart

A clean, confident communication style
Self-motivation and time management — you own your results
Bonus if you have roofing or construction experience, but not required
