• Develop and execute winning sales strategies both in the field and over the phone.

• Maintain a robust sales funnel and keep your pipeline full.
• Deliver exceptional support and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and company offerings.
• Handle negotiations and resolve customer concerns with integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of sales experience in a service industry, managing a quota.
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Adaptable, coachable, and passionate about helping customers.
• Must be able to pass NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board registration (background check, fingerprinting).
• Valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided!
