Position Overview:

We’re seeking a results-oriented Service Technician, one who is comfortable maintaining, servicing, and repairing a variety of brands and forced air systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with, and be comfortable maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor in customer homes, and able to effectively work with them to offer repair or replacement solutions. Attention to detail, and desire to learn and improve is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Communicate and work with clients to provide the best solution for their needs

Ensure all repairs are done in accordance with manufacturer specifications

Ensure all installations comply with local codes and safety regulations

Test systems for proper operation and efficiency

Lastly, follow our process!

Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience in HVAC Service

Valid Drivers License

EPA Certification

Experience with operation, install, and maintenance of a variety of forced air systems

Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds regularly

A proven track record of delivering high quality service and customer satisfaction
