Residential Services Coordinator
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Call Rotation
Renew Residential Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated Residential Services Coordinator (RSC) to oversee the quality of care across 3–4 local residential sites serving individuals with developmental disabilities through Medicaid waiver programs.
This is a key leadership role within a growing, locally based organization. The RSC plays a hands-on role in ensuring individuals receive exceptional, person-centered care while supporting, developing, and leading the caregivers who provide that care every day.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the quality of care provided at multiple residential sites
Ensure services comply with Medicaid waiver requirements, state regulations, and company policies and procedures
Recruit, train, coach, and support caregiving staff
Conduct staff performance coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary meetings when needed
Manage staffing schedules and respond to coverage needs
Step into direct caregiving roles when necessary to ensure continuity of care
Conduct audits, quality assurance activities, and participate in QAPI initiatives
Provide ongoing training and continuing education for staff
Coordinate and oversee medical care and appointments for individuals served
Provide behavior support to individuals served, including crisis intervention when needed
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans in collaboration with the care team
Ensure staff are trained on behavior support strategies and crisis prevention techniques
Prepare, maintain, and present professional reports and documentation
Participate in professional meetings with county boards of developmental disabilities, guardians, and community professionals
Serve in a rotating on-call capacity and rotating holiday schedule
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s Degree preferred
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) encouraged to apply
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services and residential care settings is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to coach, support, and hold staff accountable in a respectful and professional manner
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to be hands-on and support direct care when needed
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, salaried position
Monday through Friday schedule
Rotating on-call and holiday responsibilities
Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience
