The Work:

Help individuals who've experienced homelessness build stability and independence.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation

Sound judgment and ability to remain calm during crises

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to work across two nearby residential facilities

Principle Activities:

Provide onsite support and oversight across REACH II and Crossroads II programs.

Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and help maintain a safe environment.

Respond to client needs and crises using trauma-informed and de-escalation approaches.

Support client autonomy, self-determination, and independent living.

Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.

Communicate with program staff and Division Directors to ensure continuity of care.
