Pay is per job Responsibilities: • Complete all aspects of residential Renovation projects, from start to final completion. • Work with the project manager on keeping project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Coordinate with the project manager and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution. • Inspect and assess the condition of properties, identifying necessary repairs and renovations. • Complete the installation of materials, fixtures, and appliances, based on the project manager's scope of work. • Maintain accurate project documentation. Qualifications: • Proven experience in residential projects. • Knowledge of construction techniques and building codes. • Excellent communication. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Must have all required tools for a home renovation.
