What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
As a Service Electrician at Radiant, you'll work directly in customers' homes delivering high-quality electrical service while representing the Radiant brand with professionalism and care.
- Travel to residential customer homes in a company-provided truck
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues, including panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, and wiring
- Perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, and replacements in compliance with NEC and local codes
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, recommended solutions, and pricing
- Build and present electrical estimates and options so customers can make informed decisions
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining strong safety and quality standards
- Document work accurately in ServiceTitan (notes, photos, invoices, and recommendations)
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience on every call
What You Need
- Valid Residential Wireman, Journeyman Electrician, or Master Electrician license
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Strong residential electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
- Solid knowledge of NEC and safe electrical practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with sales and building electrical estimates preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
