Residential Worker 3pm-11pm Real House, Inc.

Real House, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Workers to support adults in a residential recovery setting. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment while assisting residents with daily living activities and recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide supervision, support, and guidance to residents.

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation.

Monitor resident safety and well-being.

Complete daily documentation, incident reports, and other required records.

Support recreational, social, and community-based activities.

Ensure the residence, vehicles, and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Administer medications after completing required training.

Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the treatment team.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience working in human services, behavioral health, or residential settings preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work with diverse populations.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Must successfully pass a background check.

Must be at least 25 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents as needed.
