Starting rate is $19/Hour (or based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Water extraction & removal of damaged materials

Caulk line and cut drywall as directed by a supervisor using a sawzall

Skillfully remove baseboard, trim, drywall & insulation as instructed by a crew leader

Detach kitchen/bathroom cabinets/vanities

Detach sinks, disposals, dishwashers, washing machines, toilets, etc. and safely cap water lines

Detach light fixtures and safely cap lines

Remove carpet, hardwood or laminate flooring

Detailed clean using a HEPA Vacuum

Wear PPE as needed
