Current Openings & Salary Ranges – Houston Area

Galleria Area:

• _ Commercial Escrow Assistant_
• Requirements: 3–5 years of Commercial experience or 7–10 years as a Residential Escrow Assistant (Commercial training provided).
• Salary: $85,000/year + monthly bonuses
• _ Residential & Commercial Escrow Officers_
• Residential: $90,000–$120,000/year + bonuses
• Commercial: $120,000–$250,000/year + bonuses (based on experience)
• _ Residential Escrow Assistant_
• Requirements: 4–6 years of Residential experience, high-volume preferred
• Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year + monthly bonuses

The Woodlands:

• _ Residential Escrow Officer_
• Client Base: Upscale clientele at a growing company
• Salary: Up to $85,000/year + monthly bonuses & advancement opportunities

Spring:

• _ Residential Escrow Assistant_
• Requirements: 2–4 years of experience
• Career Path: Excellent opportunity for promotion to Escrow Officer
• Salary: Up to $65,000/year
