    HubSpot Administrator

    ABOUT THE JOB

    ResinTech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to join our fast-growing organization. As HubSpot Administrator, you will assume day-to-day administration and maintenance of the existing HubSpot implementation and help take it to the next level. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing, sales, and customer service processes via the HubSpot platform. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our customer engagement, lead generation, and overall business performance.

    A successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Global Marketing in coordination with all involved departments within the corporation (as well as external vendors / agencies) to keep sales, marketing, and service initiatives on track. He/She must be solution-oriented, able to balance a collaborative approach with the right measure of assertiveness and diplomacy, and have an innate ability to foster relationships through email and phone.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Marketing Automation

    • Customer Service and Support

    • Data management, reporting and analytics

    • Integration with other systems

    • Data & Analytics

    • Training & Maintenance

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field preferred

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, preferably in a B2B manufacturing environment

    • Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.

    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing the HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.

    • Proficiency in implementing and customizing HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, email automation, and reports

    • Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle campaigns

    • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

    • HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Administrator Certification, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification) are a plus.
