Position Summary
The Resolution Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Home Genius Exteriors (HGE) can efficiently produce projects, close out completed work, and maintain strong relationships with third‐party lender partners. This position serves as the central hub for resolving documentation discrepancies, coordinating with sales and production teams, and managing lender communications. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, proactive, and comfortable navigating both administrative workflows and cross‐department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Documentation Resolution
- Identify discrepancies in loan documents, payment forms, and sales contracts that prevent projects from moving into production or being closed out for final payment.
- Partner with field operations, sales, and administrative teams to resolve blockers quickly and accurately.
- Ensure timely resolution of lender‐related financing disputes.
Sales & Production Coordination
- Work closely with production and sales teams to confirm all financed, cash, and credit card sales are properly cleared for production.
- Cancel sales in Genius—and with lenders when required—when payment issues prevent a project from proceeding.
Lender Relationship & Administrative Management
- Manage day‐to‐day administrative functions with all third‐party lender partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for lender escalations, documentation requests, and process alignment.
- Assist with onboarding new users into lender portals.
Lender Onboarding & Market Expansion
- Facilitate onboarding for all new lender partners, ensuring accurate and timely
activation.
- Coordinate lender setup for each new market HGE enters, ensuring systems, processes, and documentation are properly established.
Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure monthly lender data is received on schedule.
- Consolidate lender data into clear, actionable summary formats for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative operations, financial services, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
- Familiarity with lender portals, CRM systems and Microsoft Office Products a must
