Position Objective
The Background Screening Processor is responsible for ensuring complete and accurate background checks are processed for employers and Property Managers across the country.
Essential Job Functions
Electronically receive and complete background check searches in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
Utilize innovative technology, human expertise, and investigative tools to verify the information to assist our clients in making the best hiring and rental decisions
Confidentially review personal consumer information and handle inquiries from consumers and clients concerning reported results.
Validate provided information from Credit Reports, Criminal and Civil Activity, Eviction & Motor Vehicle Records, Drug Testing and many other offerings provided by Resolve Partners
Through these results, understand and escalate applicable background check summaries to the Investigation and/or Compliance Specialists .promptly
Assist and support clients with system and product training via telephone, on-site or screen-share software systems
Assume responsibility for obtaining and maintaining FCRA Certifications
Skills and Abilities
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office/Excel
Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and exercise good judgment
Demonstrate strong problem solving and investigation skills
Communicate effectively and with professionalism
Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
Two (2) years experience in a call center environment
FCRA Certification not immediately required, but contingent upon completion post-hire
Work Environment
· Work with a team in a fast-paced office environment
· Must be able to work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time
· Able to work standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
