As the Junior System Test Engineer, you will perform manual and tool assisted testing of new and existing features in medical device software systems in English and non-English languages. You will understand the scope/requirements of the project from requirements, user stories, and interactions with the team. You will also identify conceptual, design, requirement, and software issues in early stage of testing and actively follow-up until resolved. Additionally, you will: * Create, modify, and execute test scenarios and/or test cases * Create or modify test data * Update test execution results with evidence in test management tools * Report status and escalate issues effectively * Verify localization strings on non-English versions * Verify the accuracy of the product documentation * Perform maintenance and upgrades to existing test environments * Coach and mentor less experienced testers * Add value in a team environment consisting of cross-functional members * Create test protocol and test report documents * Create test execution plan and monitor the execution * Introduce new technologies, processes, and testing methodologies to the team * Identify process improvements to increase the performance, productivity, and consistency of testing * Provide test progress to manager and raise flag in timely manner of potential risk What Youll Need to be Successful: * 1 to 5 years of QA experience * Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field * Testing experience in agile environment * Knowledge of web software, network and IT, medical devices, regulated environments * Working knowledge of DICOM, HL7, SQL, Oracle, IIS, scripting, JavaScript, TFS, MTM, and PACS * Good verbal and written communication skills * Determination to obtain results * Passionate about using technology to innovate in order to deliver the best clinician and patient experience * Enjoy working in a team * Ability to handle fluctuating work loads * Ability to see the big picture as well as perform detailed analysis * Self-directed and goal oriented * Awareness of and desire to be an advocate for industry best practices * Ability to guide junior team members Benefits: At Resolvit, youll be given the support you need to grow in your consulting career.
