As the Business Analyst, you will monitor and assign tickets from our team ticketing queue daily to ensure all shipments are processed without delay to meet business objectives. You will proactively communicate shipment status updates to stakeholders so that project timelines can be maintained. You will also maintain a close working relationship with our inventory management and shipping partners. Additionally, you will:

• Gather data from various sources to create accurate packing lists and commercial invoices for all shipments
• Liaise with in country freight forwarders and stakeholders, for local and International shipments, to address any issues/delays during customs clearance and clearly communicate final delivery instructions
• Clearly communicate process timelines and/or challenges to stakeholders across the group
• Participate in quarterly business reviews with shipping and inventory management service provider
• Ensure the business remains import/export compliant by understanding the requirements and taking action as needed

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with clearly demonstrated knowledge of shipping and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interpret our processes and/or challenges to an engineering community and stakeholders of all levels
• A self-starter who works well on your own as well as part of a team with an appetite to learn and innovate
• Ability to support an organization which is split across multiple geographical locations across various time zones

Great Additional Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP applications, and other cloud-based ticketing platforms and systems
• Ability to demonstrate improving efficiency in previous jobs
• Proven experience in customer-facing positions
• Supply chain and/or logistics experience
