As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will collect requirements; design and implement data stores; develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards; and maintaining governance, publishing and security models. You will be a primary contact point for business teams for reporting needs. You will also be the expert defining the reporting architecture providing business and technical strategic direction with responsibility to implement. Additionally, you will:

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Clinical business teams to consult on reporting needs and advise on report development and deployment
• Design, develop, and implement data models, SQL queries, stored procedures, and user defined functions using Microsoft BI stack tools
• Define and develop business reports, dashboards, and scorecards leveraging PowerBI
• Define reporting requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX Finance and Operations
• Maintain reporting inventory
• Support business in definition of KPIs
• Define and maintain SQL Server reporting platform
• Define and maintain reporting publishing and security model
• Evolve and mature the BI architecture
• Operate ongoing BI education and guidance within the enterprise related to PowerBI

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 5 years of experience in reporting/analytics, including at least 3 years using PowerBI
• 2 to 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, designing and constructing reporting tables
• At least 2 years of experience in data architecture and warehousing
• 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or laboratory in Biotechnology and/or Pharmaceutical industries
• 2 to 3 years of business intelligence application development experience using the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSAS, SQL Server, SSRS)
• Experience reporting from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP platform
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or MIS
• Experience in all stages of BI project work (requirements and logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment)
• Strong professional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)

Great Additional Skills:

• Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, and Lean certifications or experience
• Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step or other system development methodology knowledge
• Experience working with Azure Cloud
• Experience working with GMP and GxP validated systems
