As the Windows 10 Resident Administrator, you will be the Subject Matter Expert on the build and validation of PC Images leveraging Dell and Microsoft technologies (MDT/SCCM). You will perform simple client tech support on Dell client systems (parts replacement and/or swap) and manage and track Dell warranty claims. You will also validate and troubleshoot Windows client deployments.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• Strong in Virtualization administration
• Expertise with deployment best practices for Windows 32bit and 64bit Client OS environments
  
• Expertise with data migration utilities (Dell Migration Tool, USMT)
• Experience with post deployment customer service
• Strong technical (hardware and software), communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with management, business unit contacts, and technical resources
• Expertise with hardware driver package management as well as ongoing BIOS and driver management of deployed endpoints
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Sysprep tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft DISM
• Advanced in Windows KMS for client/server
• Script and/or batch file experience (PowerShell, VBScript, CMD)
• Working knowledge of McAfee HBSS
• Understanding of Windows System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Experience with Windows Active Directory and Group Policy
• Secret clearance

Great Additional Skills:

• Experience with DELL/Cisco UCS servers
• Experience with VMWare
• Experience with Cisco Switches
