As the Senior Scrum Master, you will lead and facilitates Scrum events as necessary and ensures the team is achieving value from them (e.g., planning, daily scrum, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement). You will help the team identify and understand risks, dependencies, and impediments. You will remove impediments or guides the team to remove impediments that may obstruct the completion of the team's projects and sprint goals. You will coach the Product Owner and Development Team in effective Product Backlog management so that they have a common understanding of what is to be delivered, why it needs to be delivered, and what success looks like. You will coach the Product Owner and Development Team on definitions of ready and done. You will help the teams foster an environment of trust and accountability to each other. You will help the teams to continuously improve their interactions, practices, and processes. You will drive continuous improvements, such as: stagnant or variable velocity, moving items from sprint to sprint, breaking work into smaller pieces, reducing work in progress (WIP), etc. You will give feedback to the teams, based on metrics, observation, and input from others. You will also escalate issues to the Program/Project Manager if the team is unable to resolve skill and knowledge gaps and external dependencies for upcoming work.

• Ability and willingness to go to a detailed level and perform additional duties outside of the Scrum Master or Change Leader role as necessary, inclusive of task ownership to ensure the solution is delivered on time and within budget

• Intermediate organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills are a must. Able to successfully interact with all levels of the organization
  
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a dynamic and fast pace environment
  
• Demonstrated ability to develop and drive change initiatives & strategies
