As the IA Cyber Manager, you will provide vulnerability remediation management; develop, document, and implement IA processes and procedures; ensure compliance with Department of Defense mandated IA directives; develop and maintain system baselines and system inventories; lead change management; and perform DoD system certification and accreditation activities. You will manage the weekly vulnerability scan remediation process. You will also manage Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) requirements for an operational DoD environment. Additionally, you will:

• Perform DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) on systems
• Develop and document IA processes and procedures for the environment
• Manage DoD application/server certificate requests
• Perform DoD system certification and accreditation activities as prescribed by IA leadership
• Ensure technical environment is in compliance with DoD-mandated IA directives
• Create, update, and maintain a system security plan
• Manage STIG process for an operational DoD environment, including scheduling, validation, remediation, and reporting
• Work with customers, software developers, network/system administrators, and others to ensure that security requirements are understood and implemented

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 12 years of experience with IA apps and processes, including DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
• Secret clearance
• DOD 8570 IA Level II certification (Security+ CE)

Great Additional Skills:

• CISSP, CISA, and CISM certifications
• Experience with Department of the Navy or NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
