As the Field Technician, you will be maintaining and tracking any technology-related deployments to/for restaurants. You will be maintaining, tracking, and resolving any technology related problems/issues within restaurants. You will be traveling between sites in greater New Orleans, Memphis, and the Mississippi area as needed to troubleshoot equipment and/or technology issues. Additionally, you will: 

• Occasionally travel to the greater Tennessee area as needed to troubleshoot equipment and/or technology issues 
• Build confidence and strong relationships with field staff and restaurant personnel 
• Keep a pulse on general technology needs/concerns/wants for company operators 
  

What You’ll Need to be Successful: 

• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software/network 
• Experience in project execution 
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) or other commerce related platforms 
• Experience working with Restaurant Technology platforms such as POS, Labor Scheduling Tools, and Back of House 
  

Great Additional Skills: 

• QSR experience 
• Always operate with a sense of urgency 
• Detail-orientated and hands-on
