As the Innovation Labs Operations Manager, you will keep the team's planning and operating rhythm and ensure the team is delivering on its goals. You will develop data-driven insights into our operations and community, program manage high impact cross-functional projects, and re-imagine our existing operations. You will also build the analytics muscle (including data sourcing, analysis, and dashboarding) that drives major decisions for the team. Additionally, you will:

• Identify and implement improvement initiatives targeting the team's achievement, efficiency, and/or scale
• Build relationships and collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, external vendors, and innovation leaders
• Manage and maintain the operational platforms and tools of the team
• Source vendors for Labs operations and events and coordinate the procurement process
• Manage and report Labs team spending and reconcile budget

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 3 years of experience
• Excellent project management or program management skills
• Excellent data analysis skills (particularly Excel)
• Experience building spreadsheets and dashboards
• Ability to absorb multiple sources of information and effectively communicate insights
• High degree of attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
