As the Technical Project Manager/Development Lead, you will translate requirements created by the Business Analyst into development sprints and track them through the product lifecycle. You will run the day-to-day scheduling of meetings and design sessions that impact the product. You will also work with the test team to ensure that things are scheduled and work through any last-minute changes. Additionally, you will:

• Facilitate design and architecture
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors to track completed tasks that impact your product

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 5 years of project managment experience working with an IT development team
• Telecom experience
• Experience creating a development plan
• Ability to triage issues across multiple systems and drive technical issues to resolution
• Experience in project management disciplines - scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Prove ability to facilitate technical discussions and influence technical conclusions
• Proven success within a complex technology environment and working across multiple silos to achieve results
• Experience working within an Agile framework (SAFe a plus)
