As the QA Manager/Director, you will develop major testing initiatives using a combination of process, people, and effective testing methodologies. You will provide guidance and mentorship in the development of both hard and soft skills. You will also map out testing strategies to solve for the challenges of now and the challenges of the future. Additionally, you will:

• Implement KPIs for product quality

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of quality assurance experience
• Clinical trial experience
• Ability to lead a QA team (approximately 10 people) both as a people manager and a tactical driver of success
• Formal QA certification such as ISTQB or equivalent experience
• Experience in web and mobile application software development
• Knowledge of JIRA and TestRail and experience with the Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience reviewing requirements and creating test plans with automation in mind
