As the Business Operations Professional, you will provide product operations support for Security Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) customers across the globe. You will provide ongoing support such as resolving licensing issues, submitting cloud services provisioning requests, and working with the Ops Manager on entitlements. You will also prepare internal and customer facing reports.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• Project management experience and the ability to keep track of multiple customers and work-streams at play concurrently
• Ability to understand the big picture while paying close attention to the details and the completion of tasks in a timely manner in order to meet customer expectations
• Ability to understand how individual processes tie into the overall solution and provide options on developing new processes and chaining existing processes
• Ability to use reporting tools such as Tableau for preparing customer facing reports and ability to work with internal teams to make improvements and changes to the tools
• Customer facing skills, cross functional working experience, and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
• Experience using software such as MS Office,Tableau and ERP systems such as Oracle

Great Additional Skills:

• Experience with software licensing and Cisco Security products
