    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Minor project management: including the coordination and completion of projects on time and across multiple functions, people and organizations.
    • Assist the CEO in pulling together the wide range of functions, priorities, people and deadlines that will make Resonate run smoothly, be productive and meet all KPI's along the path to growth and profitability.
    • Provide day-to-day and general administrative support to CEO and other key leadership team members including calendar, email and contacts management, travel arrangements, coordinating telephone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, meeting preparations, presentations, reports, and errands as needed
    • Provide proactive, routine and upon request administrative support to CEO and other key leadership team members
    • Manage various activities including agendas, notices, resolutions, minutes, meeting materials, calls, correspondence and filing
    • Maintain corporate contacts database/public folders and distribution groups.
    • Liaise with clients, partners, government, professional associations, vendors, etc. where required
    • Coordinate and reconcile monthly credit card and expense statements
    • Organize logistics and catering for on and off-site meetings and functions as directed
    • Maintain confidential information and records

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Self motivated:  You are ahead of the curve and get things done before being asked
    • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experienced and confident working in a fast moving, ever changing environment  
    • A master organizer, scheduler, and problem solver
    • Extremely tech savvy.  You are knowledgeable and proficient with many office tech systems, including G-Suite, iOS, Microsoft Office, Streak CRM, Affinity CRM, Dropbox, Zoom, and project management tools (eg. Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
    • Confident and efficient at teaching yourself new systems
    • Your first instinct is to solve a problem on your own, but you're not afraid to ask for guidance or more information if necessary
    • Professional and consistent in every interaction with both internal and external partners
    • Comfortable working in-office, remotely, and on the road
    • High attention to detail:  You don't let things slip through the cracks
    • Focussed on making everything simple and more efficient

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Post-secondary education, bachelor's degree required
    • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant for a Fortune 1000 VP, Partner at a top tier finance firm, or C-suite at a VC-backed startup
    • Marginal financial understanding of a P+L and KPI's
    • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to influence others across the company
    • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed
    • Demonstrated experience with project management
    • Flexible, resourceful and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Consummate professional able to work with minimal supervision and hold strictest of confidences
    • Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
    • Passion for ‘making net zero real'
