    We are seeking an inspiring General Manager to lead the heartbeat of our Lahaina resort. This is a high-impact executive leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, elevating owner and guest satisfaction, delivering strong financial performance, and cultivating an exceptional workplace culture.

    As General Manager, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across all resort operations, including:

    • Direct daily operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional leadership team
    • Champion a warm, welcoming, guest-first service culture
    • Partner with regional leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and performance goals
    • Drive revenue, cost control, and operational efficiency
    • Maintain exceptional standards for quality, safety, and service delivery
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices
    • Oversee capital improvements, property enhancements, and long-term planning
    • Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
    • Represent the resort professionally with owners, guests, vendors, and partners
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What You Will Bring

    • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, resort, or hotel operations
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • Proven success managing multi-department, high-volume environments
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management
    • Working knowledge of hospitality systems including PMS, POS, work order platforms, guest communication tools, and labor management systems
    • Timeshare or HOA management experience strongly preferred
    • Professional certifications and executive leadership training welcomed
