Summary of Position:
A Housekeeping Team Member’s responsibility is to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming and laundry.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Protect and properly operate equipment.
Notify Manager of any damages or broken equipment.
Deal with reasonable guest requests with professionalism and patience.
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace as appropriate.
Strictly adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company related practices.
Qualifications:
Must be customer oriented and friendly.
Must be able to work with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
Must have good prioritization and time management skills.
Must be able to work quickly without compromising quality.
Must be able to perform the physical duties required of the position.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
