Description The Busser plays an important role in creating a great dining experience by keeping the dining area clean, organized, and ready for guests. This position is a great opportunity to begin a career in hospitality or to earn supplemental income. Compensation- $12 hourly to start, plus tips (total compensation $15-$20 per hour) Responsibilities: • Maintain the cleanliness of assigned tables and work areas throughout the shift. • Clear used dishes promptly once guests have finished. • Support servers by refilling beverages as needed. • Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly. • Restock service stations when necessary. • Complete additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable experience • Preferably possess a minimum of one (1) year of restaurant experience • Capable of lifting and carrying up to twenty-five (25) pounds • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Compensation: $12 an hour to start plus tips
