Location The Eden Resort & Suites is an independently owned and operated hotel with 300 guest rooms and multiple food and beverage outlets. Within the resort, we have Bistro 2two,2 which is our full-service restaurant for lunch and dinner daily, Arthur's Terrace, which is our full-service breakfast restaurant, Encore Lounge open on weekends, in-room dining, and Splasher's seasonal pool bar and food truck. Description The Busser plays a crucial part in delivering an excellent dining experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas. Compensation- $12 hourly to start, plus tips (total compensation $15-$20 per hour) Responsibilities: • Ensuring the cleanliness of assigned tables and work areas throughout the shift • Promptly clearing dirty dishes once guests have finished using them • Assisting the server by replenishing beverages as needed • Efficiently and quietly clearing and setting tables • Replenishing stations when necessary • Performing any other tasks as directed by management Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable experience • Preferably possess a minimum of one (1) year of restaurant experience • Capable of lifting and carrying up to twenty-five (25) pounds • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Compensation: $12 hourly to start plus tips
