Restaurant Manager Job Duties
Restaurant Manager typically supports the Restaurant in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory and financial oversight. They play a crucial role in maintaining quality service, implementing standard operating procedures, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and managing staff:
This includes hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, and mentoring employees.
Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
Tracking stock levels, placing orders for ingredients and equipment, and managing vendor relationships.
Opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
