SUMMARY:

Engineering Consulting Firm requires an experienced engineering manager with 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams and 15+ years experience in the design/build of bulk material handling systems. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and lead an engineering team responsible for the design/build of bulk material handling systems for customers vested in the mining and minerals processing industry in North America. Oversight of all project phases including bid development, permitting, plant layout, design and engineering, and construction through completion.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• 15+ years experience engineering bulk material handling systems or similar; 5+ years experience managing engineering teams in the design/build process.
• BS degree in either mechanical, structural, civil, mining engineering or similar.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong verbal/oral skills with the ability to mentor, motivate and guide team members.
• Superior computer skills (AutoCAD, Inventor, Advanced Steel, MS Office, MS Project, ...)
• Strong plant start-up experience
• Ability to travel (approximately 25%)
