Location: Romulus, MI

We are seeking a Construction Controller to become an integral part of our Specialty Contracting team! Candidate will oversee financial activities and personnel as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Payroll Processing and Union Benefit Reporting
• A/P, A/R Entry, Processing and Collecting
• WIP Accounting and Reporting
• General journal entries
• Bank Reconciliation
• Benefits Administration

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
• Previous experience in SAGE 300 Construction Software required
• Experience with Union benefit reporting helpful
• 5+ years in construction accounting experience
