The Goddard School® located in Mars PA is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Resource Teacher to join our team. At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first. As a Resource Teacher, you will collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement engaging educational programs and activities. This pivotal role includes classroom support, curriculum enhancement and adapting dynamically to meet the evolving educational needs of our school community. Our Resource Teachers help ensure that every classroom has the coverage and assistance it needs. You will work with different age groups, support teachers, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment throughout the building.

No Nights or Weekends!!!

Resource Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Providing support in classrooms ranging from Infants through Pre-K

Assisting teachers with daily routines and activities

Covering classrooms during breaks, planning time, or staff absences

Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment

Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families

Supporting children’s social and emotional development through caring interactions

Qualifications:

Experience working with children

CDA or Early Childhood/Elementary coursework is a plus, but not required

Flexible, reliable, and willing to jump in where needed

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
