Looking to get your start in early childhood education? Or a college student wanting real classroom experience? We have part-time and full-time shifts available and we'll work around your schedule. You'll gain hands-on experience across all age groups — infants through kindergarten — with full support from our team every step of the way.
Resource Teacher Key Responsibilities
Work across all classrooms supporting children ages 3 months to 6 years
Establish and maintain safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environments
Support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Build positive relationships with families and communicate professionally
Collaborate with lead and assistant teachers across all age groups
Support routine childcare tasks and adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Assist with infant care tasks including crib transfers and feeding routines
Available Shifts Monday through Friday — school hours only, no nights or weekends
9:00am – 6:00pm
1:00pm – 6:00pm
3:00pm – 6:00pm
Flexible scheduling available to accommodate college classes and coursework.

Are You a Fit?
High school diploma required; college enrollment or ECE degree a plus
Previous experience with young children preferred but not required — we will train the right person

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. including safely transferring infants into and out of cribs
