    What You'll Do:

    Provide a warm, responsive, and developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers

    Foster children’s social-emotional, cognitive, language, and motor development through structured routines and purposeful play

    Implement lesson plans and participate in small group learning, story time, music & movement, sensory activities, and more

    Maintain open communication with families through daily reports, updates, and parent-teacher conferences

    Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and compliant with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

    Support self-help skill development such as handwashing, toileting, and simple classroom routines

    Who We’re Looking For:

    Individuals who are passionate about early childhood development and working with toddlers

    Reliable team players who thrive in a collaborative teaching environment

    Teachers who can model empathy, patience, and positivity while engaging actively with children

    Ability to manage physical demands of a toddler classroom
